Project Description
Our agent automates the real-estate flow (buying/selling, booking visits, gathering property data) through voice, reasoning and browser actions. The working prototype is stable: it consistently converts speech, routes intents to the right sub-agent (secretary/consultant), and executes multi-step tasks without breaking the conversation. Its technical complexity comes from orchestrating multimodal pipelines (Speech-to-Text, LLM reasoning, Text-to-Speech) plus web flows, turning a fragmented human process into a 24/7, scalable assistant with real impact on operational cost and response time.
Theme alignment: user voices are captured with ElevenLabs STT, processed in the cloud by Groq with Q (LLM + inference), and executed through Next.js in the browser, where tools and UI work as cohesive agents.
