An open source “second brain” that turns Claude Code into a personal operating layer for running a startup, writing two Substacks, and managing a life. It is a vault of ~60K markdown files paired with a skill + hook + MCP architecture that handles meetings, journaling, planning, code shipping, sales pipeline, and team broadcasts from the same prompt surface.
Live, I will show: the repo (ai-brain-starter), a real meeting going from Granola transcript to enriched note with to-dos delegated to the right team member, a skill firing mid-conversation, a hook blocking a fabrication before it lands, the memory system recalling context from a prior session, and the graphify pipeline turning the vault into a queryable knowledge graph.
