Life is a Context Window Problem. So I Built an AI to Manage Mine.

I built LifeOS, a personal AI operating system that uses Hermes and an Obsidian-based model of my life to turn my calendar into a feedback loop for living with greater purpose.

LifeOS organizes my life through a simple ontology connecting aspirations, values, goals, projects, practices, roles, and past experiences. Hermes uses those relationships to help manage my Google Calendar to assembles the context that helps me enter it with the right mindset.

Afterward, it starts a focused reflection about what worked, what changed, and what should be remembered. That reflection becomes context for the next occurrence, creating a continuous cycle of intention, action, reflection, and improvement.

Live, I’ll show this working end to end: a calendar activity, the LifeOS context Hermes prepares for it, the post-activity reflection, and how that learning influences a future activity. I’ll also show the Obsidian structure, Hermes dashboard, workflow, and logs behind the system.
